Clean room, beautiful hotel, with cute staff who provided excellent dining recommendations on New Year's Eve and were always eager to assist. The location was just a short walk from São Bento.

The breakfast was a standout experience, offering everything from fresh omelets to a waffle bar. We also enjoyed visiting the Real Companhia Velha Cellars, a fun, educational way to spend time with my teenage daughter. The overall vibe was energetic and relaxing.

My kids wished for a guaranteed twin bed arrangement for easier sleeping.

I stayed for one night in a Double Room Balcony. The location was superb for walking to nearby attractions. Staff provided really good service and were very cute. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view from the balcony. A pleasant stay 😊

Awesome stay with amazing staff!

Loved our time here! Location was perfect, super close to everything. Breakfast spread was on point! The staff were super nice and really helpful. We had a little birthday surprise and they made it extra special! The only thing was that the shower was a bit tricky to figure out. A solid experience!
